Job Title: Security – Mobile Patrol (On-Call)

As a Security Guard with Edon, you’ll be the first point of contact in maintaining site safety. Your role will include:

Conducting regular patrols

Enforcing site policies and procedures for tenants, guests, and the public

Generating app-based reports

This is an on-call position, offering flexible, as-needed hours to support operational requirements. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on short notice when required.

What will you do:

Maintain secure facilities in line with Edon Management’s standards and contract specifications
-
Identify and address security concerns, ensuring the safety systems of the facility are functioning properly
-
Uphold order and enforce site regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises
-
Respond to incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate security-related concerns
-
Conduct routine building walk-throughs and generate detailed reports
-
Follow access control, patrol procedures, and fire safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
What are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years security experience
-
Minimum of 3 years driving experience
-
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Valid Alberta Security License is required

Unrestricted Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with no demerits

Standard First Aid and CPR with AED considered an asset

Completed Grade 12 Education
-
Excellent knowledge of security practices
-
Strong command of the English language (written and oral)
