Duties
- Guided fishing trips, providing instruction and assistance to clients throughout the experience
- Share knowledge on local fish species, fishing techniques, and safety protocols
- Maintain fishing equipment and treat with care
- Ensuring all participants are engaged, safe, and satisfied
- Handle customer inquiries before, during, and after trips with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare and cook shore lunch for guests
Experience
- Previous experience in guiding or outdoor recreation preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to teach fishing techniques effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Effective time management to ensure timely departures and efficient trip execution
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with clients and team members
