Duties
We are currently seeking a Vision Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, engaging, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people—especially children—build confidence and improve their visual skills.
About the Role
As a Vision Therapist, you will work one-on-one with patients through structured vision therapy programs designed to support visual development and performance. While many of our patients are children, you will also work with teens and adults in a supportive clinical setting. This is a highly rewarding role that combines coaching, patient education, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will also spend time supporting our primary care clinic, providing variety and broader clinical exposure.
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized vision therapy sessions following established treatment plans
Support and encourage patients throughout their therapy journey
Track patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with parents, patients, and the clinical team
Assist within the primary clinic as needed
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates with:
A background in Kinesiology, Education, Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field
Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)
An interest in healthcare, learning, or developmental support
