Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our team, providing expert plumbing services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, construction, and related trades, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new and existing structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
- Perform heavy lifting of pipes, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct construction activities related to plumbing, including cutting, fitting, and assembling components
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving carpentry, HVAC systems, or schematics
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with plumbing systems using basic math and technical knowledge
- Operate commercial vehicles for material transport when required
Qualifications
- Valid licensed plumber certification or license in good standing
- Proven experience with plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings
- Mechanical knowledge across HVAC systems, carpentry, welding, and construction is a plus
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repairs
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to plumbing work and construction sites
- Ability to read technical schematics and assembly instructions effectively
- Experience with welding or working with schematics is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving preferred
