Experience is an asset, but your attitude and work ethic are even more important. We can teach cleaning techniques—we can't teach someone to love cleaning!
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and commercial properties to a high standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Report any maintenance concerns or damages.
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine love for cleaning and organizing.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is considered an asset.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
