Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills
- Enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to greet patients and gather prescription information according to our standards
- Fillware experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with operating the cash register
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Processing insurance claims and resolving billing issues with patients and providers
- Preparing and filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, including blister packs
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing inventory, receiving orders, and performing organizational tasks
- Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and workflow in the pharmacy
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
