The Corner Pub is a newly opened Czech pub in the heart of Downtown Canmore, bringing authentic Central European flavours to the Rockies. Our kitchen focuses on traditional Czech and Slovak-inspired cuisine, honest cooking, and a warm pub atmosphere where food and hospitality come together.
We are currently building our kitchen team and looking for passionate, experienced cooks/chefs for two full-time positions:
- Morning Chef – focused on our upcoming brunch menu (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Evening Chef – focused on our all-day and evening menu (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Full-time | Immediate Start Available
- Wage: $22–$26/hour depending on experience and availability

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience required
- Passion for cooking and quality ingredients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
- Experience with Central European cuisine is a strong asset, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes with consistency and care
- Support daily kitchen operations and prep
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development
- Work closely with the team to create a positive kitchen environment
