Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning and execution of member events, programs, and initiatives.
- Manage member feedback channels, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align member services with organizational goals.
- Conduct analysis of member data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate partnerships and agreements with external vendors or organizations to benefit members.
- Maintain comprehensive records of member interactions, feedback, and program outcomes.
- Lead projects aimed at expanding membership base and improving member retention rates.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse community members effectively.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
