Family Physician Opportunity – Hamilton, Ontario
Are you a semi-retired family physician looking for the flexibility of working 1–2 days per week?

Are you relocating to Ontario from another province or outside Canada and looking to establish a long-term family practice in Hamilton?

Required Licensure and Certifications
Applicants must have:
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Registration with the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) (preferred, if applicable)
- Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or membership with the Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP)
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience providing comprehensive outpatient care to adult and pediatric patients
- Proficiency in delivering virtual care (telemedicine) to adult and pediatric populations
- Skills in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and office-based minor procedures
- A patient-centred approach with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, continuity of care, and high-quality clinical outcomes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
