We are now looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and support the growth of our Product Innovation Center.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective services across the frontend and backend
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following established design patterns and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design documents and documentation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and participate in operational responsibilities including on-call rotations
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, weighing trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and time to market
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C++)
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed/microservices architectures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization
- Demonstrated ability to drive a project from ambiguous requirements through to launch。
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience contributing to large-scale, high-traffic production systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered tooling or integrating LLM-based features into products
