We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. This role provides high-level support across scheduling, communications, travel coordination, and strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle executive communications, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Coordinate key projects, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide support on special projects and other executive priorities as needed
- 2+ years of executive support experience, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Assets: Bachelor's degree, retail industry experience, and bilingualism.
