Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our office team. In this role, you will be the core point of contact for our global and local clients. You will operate from our office, handling high-volume digital communication, order processing, and administrative logistics.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Location: 29-3075 Ridgeway Drive, Mississauga

Core Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, live online chat, text messages, and video consultations.
- Product Expertise: Provide tailored solutions and product recommendations to inquiries using in-depth knowledge of our hair systems and accessories.
- Order Management: Process incoming orders, update client profiles, and maintain accurate data entry using various computer programs.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and solve customer service issues to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: College Diploma or Professional Certificate required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated customer service experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Exceptional computer skills are strictly required. You must be highly efficient in navigating multiple software programs and digital chat platforms simultaneously.
