High Road Motorsports is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented student to join our Vancouver team for the 2026 season. If you’re a rider who wants to spend your summer surrounded by the world’s most iconic machines from Ducati and BMW Motorrad, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be the "right hand" to our sales team, ensuring our customers have a world-class experience from the moment they walk in until they ride off the lot.
Your day-to-day will include:
- The Handover: Assisting the sales team by walking customers through their new bikes, explaining advanced Ducati/BMW electronics, rider modes, and proper break-in procedures.
- Machine Maintenance: Keeping our premium inventory looking sharp by washing bikes and ensuring they are showroom-ready.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintaining a premium environment by keeping the floors clean, the coffee area stocked, and the bikes perfectly positioned.
- Team Support: Pitching in on whatever the sales team needs to keep operations running smoothly.
Who You Are
- A Licensed Rider: A valid motorcycle license is a must. You should be comfortable moving and handling premium bikes. (Preferred)
- Tech-Savvy: You can learn and explain modern motorcycle tech—from Desmo soul to ShiftCam performance—to our clients.
- A Hustler: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a dirty bike or a messy counter and take care of it.
- Customer-Focused: You’re friendly, professional, and share our passion for the sport.
