At Driftwood Sport & Wellness, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a passionate, patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Colwood (Royal Bay) and Langford, BC.
Whether you're an experienced RMT or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving practice while working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals who value collaboration, education, and evidence-informed care.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Massage Therapist at Driftwood, you'll:
- Provide individualized, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's goals and needs.
- Assess, treat, and develop personalized treatment plans for a wide variety of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and everyday aches and pains.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, stretching, and home care to support long-term results.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation in accordance with CCHPBC standards.
- Create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their recovery.

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
- Passionate about helping people improve their health, movement, and quality of life.
