RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook meals as outlined in the menu
- Use every piece of kitchen equipment properly and safely
- Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
- Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
- Post-secondary education
- Excellent knowledge of food, food handling and preparation
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and work with others
