Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender & Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems like Micros POS
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food handling, serving, and delivering orders promptly to guests
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
Experience
- Proven restaurant or food industry experience as a bartender or server is required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Experience in hospitality environments demonstrating professionalism and teamwork
- Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly is a plus
