Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to join our team in Canada. Based in, this role is vital in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our operational excellence. Responsibilities
1. Core System Administration (Day-to-Day)
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Full ownership of the MS Admin Portal, managing users, licenses, security groups, and mail flow.
- Infrastructure Support: Ensuring seamless connectivity and hardware functionality across the Delta, Surrey, and Richmond sites.
- Technical Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues to minimize operational downtime.
2. Strategic Projects (Implementation & Transformation)
- TMS Implementation: Lead the rollout and configuration of Truckmate (Transportation Management System) to optimize dispatch and operational efficiency.
- Tenant Migration: Execute and manage the migration of MS Tenants, ensuring zero data loss and minimal disruption to business continuity.
- Workflow Automation: Design and deploy automated business processes using MS Power Automate to reduce manual data entry and increase inter-departmental efficiency.
Location & Travel Requirements
- Primary Base: Delta, BC.
- Regional Travel: Regular travel to Surrey and Richmond locations is required to provide on-site support and system audits.
- Interprovincial Travel: Occasional travel to Calgary for system implementation and site visits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices is advantageous.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
