We are seeking an experienced sales professional to oversee the performance of our existing sales team while actively participating in sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the performance of current sales representatives.
- Review lead handling and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Analyze the sales pipeline and identify missed opportunities.
- Assist sales representatives in closing complex deals.
- Generate and close new business opportunities personally.
- Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Provide weekly performance reports and sales analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B and B2C sales experience.
- Previous experience managing, coaching, or mentoring sales representatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation:
- Commission-only position.
- High commission on personal sales.
- Additional commission based on team sales growth and performance.
- Unlimited earning potential based on results.
Pay: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
