Journeyman Millwright – Mine Site Water Treatment Plants
Location: Crowsnest Pass, AB
Schedule: 7 Days On | 10-Hour Day Shifts

We are currently seeking a Journeyperson Millwright to join our maintenance team at a mine site water treatment plant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who enjoys working in a safety-focused industrial environment and takes pride in maintaining critical mechanical equipment.
What You'll Do
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and other rotating equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
Install, align, and commission new equipment.
Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
Work closely with operations and other trades to ensure reliable plant performance.
Follow all company and site health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Qualifications
Journeyperson Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) certification.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.
Experience in mining, water treatment, industrial processing, or heavy industry is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
Must be able to meet mine site access requirements.
