Billys Taphouse has an opening available for a Cook. Billy's is a gastro pub located in Essex (15 min from Windsor) focusing on craft beer, local wine, and fresh local food made from scratch. Our menu is sourced locally and prepared in-house.

Cook job details:
- Day shifts / Evening Shifts (until 10 pm)
- No double shifts
- Flexible hours
- 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule
- Rotating weekends off
- Line cooking
- Preparing food from recipes
- Preparing sauces, soups, meats, vegetables from scratch
- Basic cooking duties
- Cleaning
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in a similar environment
- Culinary training
- Interest in a professional cooking career
- A positive outlook and the ability to work well with others
- An open schedule
- Reliable transportation to Essex
- A desire to learn and grow in the culinary field
