Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various operational tasks within our coffee shop. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and standards.
- Prepare Bowl and sandwich
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling duties, ensuring all items meet food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining space.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion.
- Support serving duties as needed, including delivering orders to customers or tables.
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
