Schedules may vary. Daycamp shifts occur between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm; Monday to Friday
You are responsible for planning, supervising and assisting with all activities.
You are to work together as a team, and help and support each other during camp hours.
You are required to supervise the campers while swimming.
Ensure all action is taken to provide a safe and fair playing field for all participants.
Provide active and fun activities for all campers.
Provide a wide range of games, arts and crafts, sing songs, special events and theme days that are fun and encourage participation.
Have current First Aid and CPR (PEFAC can train)
Summary
As a Summer Day Camp Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children. Reporting to the Camp Director, your core responsibility will be to engage with campers through various activities while ensuring their well-being. Your experience with children, along with premium skills in tutoring, teaching, and early childhood education, will enhance the camp experience. Additionally, possessing First Aid and CPR certifications will ensure that you are prepared to handle emergencies, making you a vital part of our camp team dedicated to fostering growth and fun.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
