We are currently recruiting a Structural Steel Detailer for a steel manufacturing company in Holland Landing.
This is a specialized role, but junior candidates are welcome if they have Tekla experience and the right skills.
Location: Holland Landing
Pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating steel shop drawings using Tekla Structures
- Working on structural steel, miscellaneous metals and PEB projects
- Preparing fabrication and installation drawings
- Creating bills of materials and reports
- Reviewing drawings and project details for accuracy
- Working with management and the shop team on project requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with Tekla Structures
- Structural steel detailing experience
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- PEB experience is an asset, but not required for junior candidates
