We're on a mission to deliver unforgettable food and service across all our locations, and we're looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
Position Overview:
- The Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all Desi Bar & Grill Restaurant. The ideal candidate has a strong hospitality background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple teams and locations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations in the restaurant location.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently uphold brand standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Train, guide, and motivate managers and staff to maintain exceptional service levels.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Track sales, labor, and inventory to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
- Address customer concerns, escalations, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities across all locations.
- Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Submit weekly performance summaries and reports to senior leadership.
- Travel frequently if required between Desi Bar & Grill locations (personal vehicle required).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years of Canadian work experience in restaurant operations or management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience across multiple units.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
