About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our collision repair team. This role will focus on developing and strengthening partnerships with local automotive dealerships, insurance partners, and industry contacts to generate referral opportunities and grow our business.
The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry, understands the collision repair process, and is comfortable building professional relationships with dealership teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, relationship management, and helping drive business growth within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local automotive dealerships and dealership personnel
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities to increase repair volume
- Regularly visit dealerships and maintain consistent communication with service departments, management teams, and sales teams
- Promote our collision repair services and communicate our value, quality standards, and customer experience
- Act as a professional representative of our collision centre within the automotive community
- Track dealership relationships, referrals, and business development activities
- Gather feedback from dealership partners and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Assist with marketing initiatives, dealership outreach campaigns, and community relationship-building efforts
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is required
- Experience working in a collision repair facility or automotive dealership environment preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, customer service, and automotive repair processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Pay: $30.00 per hour
