Oaklands Dental is seeking a Locum Associate Dentist to provide coverage two days per week, with the potential for an extended term or transition into a long-term associate role.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported schedule, build meaningful patient relationships, and practice alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while enjoying a steady flow of patients and strong clinical support.
Schedule
This locum opportunity is available two days per week:
The locum assignment is expected to run for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks, with the potential to extend up to 12 months or evolve into a permanent associate opportunity.
Technology & Clinical Environment
You'll practice in a bright, modern clinic equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT imaging, digital radiography, intraoral imaging, two iTero scanners, and fully paperless workflows. The clinic's technology-forward approach supports efficient diagnosis, patient education, and treatment acceptance.
You'll also be supported by a highly engaged clinical team, including hygienists and experienced administrative and clinical staff who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a seamless patient experience.

Mentorship and case support are available for dentists looking to continue expanding their clinical skills and confidence.

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
