Building Manager – Rental Townhouse Community
North Vancouver, BC
We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained rental townhouse community in North Vancouver.
Salary: $48,000 annually, with a performance and salary review after six (6) months.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations and tenant relations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, and property inspections.
- Administer rent collection, rent rolls, tenant files, and leasing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BC Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) legislation.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and maintain the property to a high standard.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the property's swimming pool.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing residential rental properties.
- Strong knowledge of BC Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) regulations.
- Experience with rent rolls, leasing, and rental administration.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Current Pool Operator Certification (required).
- Valid BC driver's licence is an asset.
