Responsibilities
- Supervise dogs during play sessions, ensuring safe interactions and positive behavior
- Monitor dog activities to prevent injuries or conflicts, intervening promptly when needed
- Assist with feeding, watering, and cleaning up after the dogs throughout the day
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to pet owners, answering questions and updating them on their pets’ activities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by cleaning play areas, kennels, and common spaces regularly
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as logging dog check-ins and check-outs
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary for moving supplies or equipment to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or working with animals is preferred but not required; a passion for animals is essential
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and comfortably as part of daily duties
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members
- Energetic, positive attitude with a genuine love for dogs and their well-being
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods during busy hours
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment
