Job Summary:
The Restaurant Line Cook prepares food for TABLE twelvefifty according to specifications. They will also prep and cook products assigned to their station.
Reports To:
The Restaurant Line Cook reports directly to the Restaurant Chef.
Job Responsibilities:

Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items required for the restaurant line

Able to follow recipes
-
Responsible for set up, prep and clean up of your station

Uses food prep equipment according to manufacturer's instructions
-
Demonstrates food waste management skills
-
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
-
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, walls, cooking equipment and refrigeration

Responsible for a proper close and closing walk through

Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement

Promptly reports equipment and food quality issues to management
-
Must be heavily involved in and committed to working safely

Must be able to meet minimum quality and quantity production standards as set by senior management
-
Must meet the minimum physical standards; ability to lift 50 pounds and carry 25 pound and stand for 6-8 hours per day
