Role Overview
Due to our continued growth, we are introducing this new position to the leadership team. We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO. This is a role for a "force multiplier" who operates with a project management mindset.
You won’t just be managing a calendar; you will be the CEO’s primary proxy in the boardroom, capturing the technical and strategic nuances of our most important meetings and ensuring that the leadership team stays aligned and accountable to deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Meeting Mastery: Attend all high-level leadership and stakeholder meetings. You will be responsible for expert-level note-taking, distilling complex discussions into clear, professional summaries and actionable minutes.
- Project Management & Accountability: Track all deliverables assigned to the leadership team. You are the "follow-up engine" who ensures action items move from the meeting room to completion.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively manage the CEO's office, anticipating needs, managing complex scheduling, and ensuring the CEO is fully briefed for every engagement.
- Leadership Liaison: Act as a bridge between the CEO and the leadership team, checking in on project statuses and removing roadblocks to keep company-wide initiatives on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.
- Work Environment: This is a 100% in-office position.
- Note-Taking Excellence: Proven ability to capture technical and strategic nuances in real-time.
- PM Mindset: Experience using project management methodologies to track deliverables and hold senior stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
- Professionalism: Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute integrity.
