Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Breakfast & Lunch Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced kitchen, can work independently, and takes pride in preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes. Weekend availability is required, with daytime shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Set up and stock workstations before service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen cleaning duties
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or line cook experience preferred
- Knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Ability to work weekends and flexible daytime hours
