Educational /Student Success Coordinator required full-time time Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm. to join our amazing team at Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc. founded in 2004.
The individual must have a minimum of 2 years of Educational Experience and hold either a Bachelor of Education or a Master of Education.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Working directly with the Business Director and Program Director
Dealing with Student Council Meetings
Conducting Formative and Summative Evaluation
Meeting with Student regarding their academic and clinic statuses while in the program Clinical Status
Meeting with Students regarding their Success plans
Organizing and Summarizing the Curriculum and Clinical Committee each semester
Other Educational duties as assigned
Completing Students Contracts
Tracking BLS Certificates and Student Documents
Tracking Faculty Documents
Creating Faculty schedules
Working with Community Outreach Organizations and Creating Community Outreach Schedules for Students
Supporting Students on Educational Accommodations
Supporting Upper Management Team
Coordinating and overseeing the Student Council.
Create minutes for faculty meetings and assist the Program Director with day to day tasks.
Filing student and instructor documents
Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualification:
Bachelor or Masters of Education
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Education
Previous Administrative experience an asset
Must be able to establish a great rapport with the students, faculty and staff
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Curriculum management or development an asset
