Job Summary
We are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about both coaching and programming, and who takes pride in helping athletes and clients perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1, small group, and team training sessions
- Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs using TeamBuildr
- Oversee both the weight room & field sessions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Support performance testing, VALD assessments, and movement screens
- Assist with remote programming for athletes & clients
- Track client progress and adjust programming accordingly
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional training environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Post-secondary education in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field
- CSCS, CSCP, SCCC or equivalent
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience working with athletes or performance-focused clients
Assets:
- Master’s degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field
- Athletic background

Compensation & Schedule
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position
- Schedule will vary throughout the year but will include 40 hours per week
