VanDevere is a family owned dealership with a great reputation. We are a very busy shop with state of the art facilities in need of a LEAD technician with a focus on customer satisfaction and long relationships.
Responsible to train and grow other technicians hand in hand with Management to insure service goals are met.

LEAD Technician–Job Description: The Lead Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Experienced Automotive Technician / Automotive Mechanics Responsibilities:

Able to diagnose and repair GM automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc

Electrical Vehicle(EV) experience a PLUS

Completes service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correct, to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and GM's quality standards

Comply with company safety policies and procedures

Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work

Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
Experienced Automotive Technician / Automotive Mechanics Qualifications:

Master Certified or 2+ years automotive technician / mechanic experience

Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)

Strong Automotive knowledge

Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order

Valid Driver’s License
