TEALEAVES is seeking an analytically strong and intellectually curious UBC Sauder student to join our Operations team for a four or eight-month co-op internship.
Working directly with senior leadership, consultants, suppliers, global warehouses, and cross-functional teams, you will gain practical experience across supply-chain planning, ERP transformation, operational analytics, process design, international logistics, inventory management, and responsible business.
This is not a traditional internship built around observation or administrative support. You will be expected to analyze real business challenges, improve workflows, develop recommendations, and progressively take ownership of projects that influence how TEALEAVES operates across North America, Europe, and Asia.
For a student interested in operations, consulting, entrepreneurship, or strategy, this role offers an unusually broad view into an agile, design-centric organization with global influence.

TEALEAVES is undertaking an end-to-end transformation of its operational and technological infrastructure: transitioning its enterprise systems to Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics Sales while redesigning the workflows that connect forecasting, inventory, procurement, production, logistics, customer service, and global fulfillment.
You will help strengthen these systems, improve the visibility of operational data, and identify practical applications for AI and automation.
You may help test system functionality, improve demand and inventory planning, build dashboards, map workflows, document operating procedures, and support global logistics activities.
This is an opportunity to help co-design and collaborate on how a global company works.
Support order, inventory, production, and fulfillment activities within Microsoft Business Central.
Support testing, optimizing, and creating standard operating procedures following the enterprise resource planning transition.
Analyze forecasts, inventory levels and stock movements.
Support the movement of parcels, pallets, containers, and drayage shipments.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and warehouse partners.
Monitor fulfillment timelines and help resolve shipping or inventory issues.
The Co-op Intern will also work closely with Accounting - including supporting inventory reconciliations, pricing reviews, and the investigation of discrepancies between operational and financial records. The experience will provide practical insight into how supply-chain decisions flow through the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and overall profitability of the business.
Create SOPs, process maps, and dashboards.
Apply structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement methods to logistics problems.
A successful Co-op Intern could:
Build an inventory, demand, or replenishment report used by management.
Redesign a logistics or inventory workflow using automation or AI-supported tools.
Improve visibility into order accuracy, stock levels, fulfillment timelines, or landed costs.
Leave behind a measurable improvement that continues after the co-op term ends.
The scope of project ownership will reflect the length of the placement. An eight-month Co-op Intern may have the opportunity to take a larger project from analysis through implementation, while a four-month Co-op Intern will have a more focused workstream.
