We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Content Creation Specialist who can help increase our brand awareness, generate qualified sales leads, and showcase our capabilities through engaging digital content.
Industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining marketing strategy, graphic design, video creation, social media management, and business development in a flexible, part-time role.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create and publish weekly content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Create, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and visual content
- Photograph and capture video footage within our manufacturing facility
- Develop customer success stories, project highlights, and case studies
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Research and identify prospective customers and target industries
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Support outbound marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns
- Assist with CRM management and lead tracking
- Work with management to identify new business opportunities
Digital Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Update website content and support SEO initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reporting
- Recommend new marketing strategies to increase visibility and generate RFQs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or business development
- Strong social media content creation skills, particularly LinkedIn
- Experience creating graphics and marketing materials
- Experience editing videos and short-form content
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B businesses
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact
- Experience with SEO and website content management
- Photography and videography experience
