As a Trim Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that cannabis flower is trimmed to our client's standards in an efficient and timely manner by the staff and that all rules and procedures are followed appropriately. You will be responsible for weighing individual staff members bowls and keeping track of everyone's output, along with helping to train new staff and ensuring they meet daily targets.
We are looking for full time and part time positions. You have the freedom to choose which days per week you want to work. Experience trimming and as a leader required.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations by performing tasks that include trimming cannabis, maintaining a clean work environment and sanitizing all equipment needed
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and clean working atmosphere for all team members.
Train new staff members and help ensure that daily quotas are being met in terms of quality and quantity
Weigh individual outputs
Qualifications
Previous experience is required.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Chairs are supplied at the facility.
Reliable transportation.
Must have good attention to detail
Able to use an ipad
