This role involves supporting our online store operations, updating product information, maintaining website content, and assisting with daily ecommerce tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning about ecommerce, online retail, and digital operations.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain product listings on the website
- Add and edit product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details
- Assist with website and ecommerce operations
- Manage product information to ensure accuracy
- Upload and organize product photos and content
- Assist with online orders and customer order updates
- Support marketplace listings and online sales activities
- Identify and report website or product listing issues
- Help improve the overall online shopping experience
- Complete general ecommerce and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable and responsible work habits

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, websites, or online marketplaces is an asset

Position 2: Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, provide order support, and help create a positive customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a customer-focused environment.
Previous software or IT knowledge is not required — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and support
- Assist customers with questions about orders, products, and services
- Provide accurate information and guidance
- Record customer notes and update information properly
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Follow up on customer requests and issues
- Support daily customer service activities
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
