We are a small-town body shop with consistent repeat business. We are seeking an experienced and reliable auto body person to join our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for someone who has experience in one or more of the following areas: panel welding, body filler application, and autobody painting. We welcome applicants with experience in all three disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Perform panel repair and replacement, including welding and fabrication.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, grinding, and body filler application.
- Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats to manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Complete work efficiently and on schedule
Skills
- Previous experience in autobody repair.
- Proficiency in panel welding, filler work, painting, or a combination of these skills.
Compensation: Starting at $25/hour. Hourly wage can increase based on experience and demonstrated skills.
