Responsibilities:
-Present, promote and sell solution for kitchens, basements, bathrooms, additions, and all contracting renovations with our unique sales process.
-Create custom quotes using our custom quoting system
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Meet with clients on a regular basis throughout the renovation project
-Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-Keep internal CRM system up to date on all sales activities
-Attend trade shows as required by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in contracting or renovation sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in math and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-Must have own vehicle and a valid G license
-Base Salary $40k/year plus 6% commission after first $400k sold / Earnings potential $40,000-$100,000+
