Sales Representative (Auto & Home Insurance)

What is in it for you:

- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- On-site work in a dynamic environment.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Saturday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Support high-volume outbound calls through an automated dialer system.
- Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors.
- Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the system.
- Schedule callbacks or transfers to the appropriate sales teams.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and lead generation.
- Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM and dialer systems.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
