The Ox Pub is looking for an enthusiastic Bar supervisor to join our team, eager to learn and manage the bar and floor during their shifts. Applicants should have experience leading a FoH team, solid knowledge of bar operations, event programming and staff management. We are looking for candidates who will work well with the management to help promote healthy, long-term sales and a regular client base.
Applicants should be passionate about British and Canadian pub culture and understand the need to keep updated on sporting events, current and future hospitality trends, customer service requirements, and standards.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for running shifts either in a bartending or as floor lead during busy events.
