We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Contact Center specializing in Borrowing and Credit Card services. This role involves engaging with customers in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin to provide exceptional service, facilitate account inquiries, and promote credit products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analysis abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to support our clients effectively through various channels, primarily via phone interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to borrowing and credit card services via phone and digital channels.
- Conduct data entry accurately to update customer accounts and transaction records.
- Provide detailed analysis and guidance on credit options, account status, and application processes.
- Engage in upselling by promoting additional credit products or features that meet customer needs.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Assist customers with account management, payment issues, and general inquiries while adhering to compliance standards.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the system for future reference and follow-up.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and client satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable credit solutions.
- Sales experience, including upselling techniques, to promote banking products effectively.

Pay: $41,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
