Cabinet Maker Apprentice or Journeyman
Affordable Floors is currently looking to hire a cabinet maker apprentice ranging from 1st year up to 4th year to join our team in Cranbrook, BC.
We are a custom millwork and flooring company specializing in residential and commercial cabinetry, CNC manufacturing, renovations, and high-end custom projects throughout the East Kootenays.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of custom cabinetry and millwork
- Operating woodworking tools and shop equipment
- Learning cabinet construction and installation techniques
- Reading and following shop drawings
- Assisting with CNC and edgebander production
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Helping with onsite cabinet installations when required
Qualifications:
- Registered apprentice or interested in entering the trade
- Any cabinet making, woodworking, or construction experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
