We are currently looking for a full-time, seasonal Lead Hand/ Machine Operator to join our team for the 2026 landscaping season. The ideal candidate is experienced in landscape construction, comfortable operating equipment, and able to help lead and support crew members on job sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and lead various landscape construction projects
- Operate excavators and skid steers
- Perform tasks such as grading, excavation, and installation of landscape features
- Work with materials such as wood, soil, gravel, and stone
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Help coordinate tasks and support crew productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in landscape construction
- Experience operating excavators and skid steers
- Valid driver’s license
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work Monday–Friday and available some Saturday's.
