Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team, with specific emphasis in our growing sock category. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and technical product knowledge will be essential in expanding our market presence and supporting our business development efforts.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate our product offerings effectively, highlighting features that meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize CRM and ERP software such as Salesforce and Epicor to track interactions, update client information, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within apparel or musical accessory sales.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and technical sales concepts.
- Professional ERP experience; Epicor preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and outbound calling strategies to optimize outreach efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through effective business development techniques.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
