Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Serve breakfast dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or supplies needed
- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with meal preparation for breakfast menus is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving customers in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
