Overview
First Capital Construction is seeking a well rounded, technically proficient Landscaper to provide exceptional customer service to both our internal and external clients.
Full Time – Monday to Friday
5+ Years experience required
Working Conditions
This is a permanent, full time, year-round position
Outdoor and indoor working sites, year round
Heavy lifting may be required
Compensation
$24-30 per hour; Wage will be based on experience and certifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Driver’s License required
Responsibilities
This is a year round position, with grass cutting, tree trimming, sod, mulch, flower bed maintenance, and string trimming in the summer. Fall will focus on yards cleanups, and there will be ongoing snow removal during the winter.
Qualifications
This individual should be proficient in use of a mini-ex. As well, this individual should be proficient in use of a skid steer (CAT controls preferred), and should have experience with Harley rake and other attachments to perform grading, parking lot repairs, spreading soil, seeding and sod. The ideal candidate shall have experience in hardscaping, including interlock patios and retaining walls, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
