Position Summary
The Branch Warehouse and Replenishment Associate supports efficient branch operations through warehouse management, inventory control, customer service, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment activities. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional service for both branch and on-site customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, ship, receive, and inspect products, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment activities, and discrepancy resolution.

Conduct customer site visits to monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and support Vendor Managed Inventory programs.

Process customer orders, quotes, transactions, returns, and order confirmations.

Provide product information and responsive customer service while building positive customer relationships.

Assist with counter sales, merchandising, warehouse organization, and maintaining clean customer-facing areas.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required (training provided).

Maintain accurate records and update ERP, CRM, inventory, and point-of-sale systems.

Follow all health and safety policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma.

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, customer service, or related operations.

Certifications/Licenses

Valid Driver’s License required.

Forklift certification is considered an asset (training can be provided).
Working Conditions

Combination of warehouse, branch, and customer-site work.

Regular local travel required.

Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Use of protective clothing and safety equipment as required.

May operate forklifts, tools, and light machinery.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other warehouse or customer-site conditions.
