As a third-generation family farm, we are passionate about creating authentic, exceptional experiences for our guests while maintaining a supportive and respectful workplace culture for our staff. Integrity, teamwork, creativity and care for others are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused supervisor to help lead our Agri-tourism operations during the busy harvest season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating positive experiences for both guests and coworkers.
No two days are the same on the farm — from school tours and fall events to u-pick operations and guest services, you’ll help bring the farm to life during our most exciting season.
Our Guest Experience Team Members are cross trained to work in a variety of areas across the farm. This keeps every day exciting and allows you to develop new skills while working alongside a fun and supportive team.
Areas may include:
- Country Store
- Petting Barn
- Java Hut
- Corn Roaster
- Corn and Pumpkin Cannons
- Mystical Slide Attendant
- Parking
- Ticket Booth
Our season runs late July through October 31, with most shifts occurring on weekends. Weekday and after-school availability is also highly valued.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with friendliness, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service
- Help create safe, memorable, and enjoyable experiences for guests of all ages
- Assist guests with questions about farm activities, schedules, and attractions
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting guest areas
- Ensure guests follow farm safety guidelines and procedures
- Learn farm information, activity details, and emergency procedures
- Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn each day
